6' x 42' Bolt Together Spring Floor Strip Kit (4' x 8' Boards)

Uses standard size 4' x 8' OSB and BC plywood.

The 6' x 42' Elite Flex Spring Floor Kit features 2" x 4" oil tempered springs which attach with an innovative plastic cap. Each 4' x 6' panel has 24 springs. The top layer is 7/16" OSB board and the bottom layer is 5/8" BC plywood. The two layers are staggered and held together with bolts/nuts on the outside edge. The flex spring floor includes: springs, 2 caps per spring, machine screws, T-nuts, perimeter bolts/nuts, jig, template and complete easy to follow instructions.

Requires: 11 sheets of BC plywood and 11 sheets of 7/16" OSB which is not included. Spring floor requires 1 roll of carpet bonded foam or Trocellan foam with Flex carpet.
